Our name is our philosophy

HOLIEVA isn't a word you'll find in a dictionary. We made it from two ideas that matter to us. Holi, from whole: wellbeing that looks after all of you, not one part at a time. And eva, an echo of an ancient name long associated with life. A whole, well-lived life. The ordinary, good kind.

How we choose what we sell

Every HOLIEVA product has to earn its place. It must:

  • Do one job well, for rest, recovery, movement or comfort.
  • Be easy, useful in minutes, not after a twelve-week plan.
  • Belong in real life: comfortable, durable and good-looking enough to leave out.
  • Be described honestly: what it does, who it suits, and who it doesn't.

We don't sell miracles. We won't tell you a product will cure anything, and we won't rush you with fake countdowns. If something isn't right for your body, we'd rather tell you than sell it to you.

  • Arrived damaged or faulty? We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we'll cover any return shipping. Often, a photo is all we need.
  • Received the wrong item? We'll send the right one, at no cost to you.
  • Lost in transit? If your parcel goes missing on the way, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
